HIGHLAND, CA – One Killed in Car Crash on 210 Freeway at Base Line Street

Fatal Early Morning Crash on 210 Freeway in Highland

 
HIGHLAND, CA (December 8, 2018) – At least one person was killed following a car accident early Saturday morning in Highland, according to the California Highway Patrol.
 
The fatal crash happened around 1:47 a.m. on 210 Freeway at Base Line Street.
 
CHP officials said that a gray or white sedan went off the freeway and into the right shoulder embankment.
 
While the cause of the crash has not yet been determined, deputies from the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the scene and confirmed at least one fatality as a result of the accident.
 
A coroner was immediately notified to pick up the victim’s remains.
 
No identifying information on either party is being released at this time. This incident is still under investigation.
