San Fernando, CA (November 20, 2020) – On Thursday, 80-year-old Hideliza Rios of San Fernando was injured in a hit-and-run crash on North Maclay Avenue.
 
Authorities received the car crash report at 10:30 a.m. in the intersection with 8th Street.
