Henry Zaragoza Arrested in 2-Vehicle Crash on Henderson Street [Eureka, CA]

Eureka, CA (August 11, 2024) On Friday morning, a 2-vehicle traffic crash on Henderson Street led to the arrest of 29-year-old Henry Zaragoza of Eureka.

According to the Eureka Police Department, the 2-vehicle crash happened around 8:36 a.m. at the intersection of Henderson and K Streets.

Reports say that Zaragoza was driving a Toyota Tacoma that failed to stop at a stop sign and crashed into a Ford Bronco.

The impact of the collision forced the Ford off the road and came to rest in the yard of a residence adjacent to the intersection.

Officials say that Zaragoza sustained minor injuries, while the driver of the Ford sustained moderate injuries and was taken to the hospital via City Ambulance.

Police arrested Zaragoza for Felony Driving Under of the Influence and Driving on a Suspended License, he was booked into the Humboldt County Jail.

Authorities are investigating the traffic crash and have not released further details at this time.
