2 People Injured in Turlock DUI Accident on Shady Lane and N Walnut Road
TURLOCK, CA (January 10, 2023) – Wednesday morning, authorities arrested Hector Rosas after a DUI crash on Shady Lane and N Walnut Road.
The incident happened at around 9:22 a.m. at the intersection of Shady Lane and N Walnut Road.
According to the Turlock Police Department, a northbound silver Malibu traveled at a high rate of speed. Then, it struck a westbound white RAV4 as it made a left turn at the intersection.
Moreover, officials confirmed that two occupants of the RAV4 sustained minor injuries in the collision. Then, authorities arrested the Malibu driver, 23-year-old Hector Rosas after showing objective symptoms of being under the influence.
Furthermore, officers booked Rosas into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and causing injury. He’s also facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or greater, and possession of a controlled substance.
