Injuries Reported in Deadly Traffic Crash at Keystone Roadway

Jamestown, CA (March 17, 2023) – On Thursday morning, a head-on collision on Highway 108 resulted in at least 1 fatality and injuries.

CHP says that the deadly traffic crash happened around 1 p.m. at Keystone Ranch. Officials say that a tow truck, hauling another vehicle and traveling west, hit another vehicle head-on. 

Reports say that the traffic collision happened at the stretch of Highway 108/120 near Rushing Hill Lookout Road, about 10 miles east of Knights Ferry.

Meanwhile, authorities have airlifted one person to a Modesto hospital. 

The collision caused severe traffic delays and the highway was reopened at around 1 p.m.

In the meantime, CHP is investigating the head-on collision and has not yet provided additional information at this time.
