EUREKA, CA (December 10, 2018) – A man sustained injuries after being involved in a head-on car collision on November 30 in Eureka.

According to reports, just before 4:00 p.m., emergency personnel came to respond to a collision between a van and a truck on the southbound lanes of Broadway in front of Taco Bell.

As a result of the crash, the van driver was taken to the hospital with unidentified injuries.

The traffic was also backed up for several miles in the crash scene. The collision is still being investigated by the CHP.
