HARRIS COUNTY, TX (January 30, 2023) – Early Sunday morning, an HCSO sergeant sustained injuries in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 45 North Freeway HOV.
 
The incident happened on Interstate 45 North Freeway HOV lane.
 
According to reports, a Harris County Sheriff’s sergeant’s vehicle collided with a suspected wrong-way vehicle.
 
Moreover, responders rushed the HCSO sergeant to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
 
Furthermore, the incident closed the HOV lane on the North Freeway to give way to the investigation.
