Fresno County, CA (March 22, 2025) – 80-year-old Harbans Singh Lehra was killed after a horrific crash on Elkhorn Avenue Friday afternoon.

According to authorities, the fatal incident happened around 1:30 p.m. at Elkhorn and Marks Avenues.

Reports say that the 80-year-old man lost his life in a crash involving an almond truck on Friday in Fresno County.

Authorities reported that a 76,000-pound trailer was traveling west on Elkhorn Avenue when a pickup, driven Lehra, pulled onto the road from Elkhorn Market. The truck driver had no time to react and was unable to avoid the collision.

Lehra, the owner of Elkhorn Market, succumbed to his injuries. His passenger, identified as his spouse, and the truck driver sustained minor injuries.
