Gregory Hefele of Fenton Injured Vehicle Collision on Interstate 44 [Pulaski County, MO]

Pulaski County, MO (August 9, 2024) – Gregory Hefele, 58, of Fenton, and Kendra Pasly, 19, of Westville, Illinois, were injured following a vehicle collision on Interstate 44 Tuesday morning.

It was about 10:16 a.m. when the three-vehicle collision happened near Waynesville.

Troopers said a Chevy driven by Hefele and a Kia were stopped due to road conditions. Suddenly, a Dodge driven by Pasly rear-ended the Silverado that also rear-ended the Kia in front of it.

Hefele incurred minor injuries while Pasly was seriously injured. 

The Kia driver was not injured in the collision and drove from the scene.

Immediately, a Pulaski County Ambulance took Pasly to Phelps Health Hospital in Rolla.

Hefele, on the other hand, sought his own medical treatment.

MSHP said Hefele and the Kia driver were wearing seatbelts during the collision.
