Grant Molino Killed in Highway 138 Two-Vehicle Crash [Pearblossom, CA]

Pearblossom, CA (December 11, 2021) – Earlier today, 21-year-old Grant Molino of Rancho Cucamonga, and 49-year-old Jason Hernandez of San Bernardino, lost their lives in a head-on crash on Highway 138.

The collision happened minutes before 3 a.m. east of 133rd Street East.

A westbound 2003 Chevrolet pickup truck driven by Molino was in the eastbound lanes. It crashed head-on into a 2020 Ford sedan.

The Chevy overturned and landed on its roof.

Molino and Hernandez, his passenger were not wearing seatbelts at that time. Unfortunately, they both died at the scene. 

Meanwhile, the Ford sedan driver did not sustain injuries from the accident. 

The authorities are investigating if drugs or alcohol were factors in the accident.
