Essex, CA (January 7, 2023) On Friday evening, a 2-vehicle accident along Goffs Road sent a person to the hospital.

CHP says that the 2-car crash happened approximately 5.2 miles west west of US 95 at about 6:10 p.m.

Reports say that the collision involved a silver Cadillac sedan and silver SUV. Officials say that the SUV overturned and was in between the lanes.

Authorities say that paramedics transported a patient to Colorado River Medical Center in Needles, California.

Officials are investigating the 2-vehicle accident and have not released additional information at this time.
