1 Dead in Alhambra Pedestrian Crash on Larch Street

 
ALHAMBRA, CA (August 19, 2021) – Wednesday morning, a 2-year-old girl died in a pedestrian accident on Larch Street.
 
The authorities received several 911 reports of an incident involving a toddler just before 10:40 a.m. According to reports, the incident occurred on the 2200 block of Larch Street.
 
Meanwhile, the officials confirmed that a vehicle struck the girl in the driveway of an Alhambra condominium complex.
 
When the officers arrived, they located a 2-year-old with major injuries.
 
After initiating life-saving measures, the Alhambra Fire Department took the child to a local trauma center. However, the toddler later died of her injuries.
 
Meanwhile, the initial investigation confirmed that a vehicle hit the child in the driveway.
 
The involved driver stayed at the scene and has been cooperative with the investigation.
