TWENTYNINE PALMS, CA (January 12, 2022) – Saturday afternoon, a 10-year-old girl died in a crash on Twentynine Palms Highway and Desert Knoll Avenue.
 
The incident occurred at 3:40 p.m. on Twentynine Palms Highway and Desert Knoll Avenue.
 
Moreover, according to reports, the crash trapped a passenger underneath one of the vehicles.
 
“Bystanders nearby ran to help and managed to lift the car and render medical aid,” said Sheriff’s Dept. officials.
 
After the crash, responders airlifted the 10-year-old to Loma Linda Medical Center in critical condition. However, she later died at the hospital.
