SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CA (March 25, 2021) – Tuesday night, a 4-year-old girl died in a vehicle crash on 15 Freeway and State Route 138.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, a solo vehicle crash happened at around 8:00 p.m. The incident involving a 2014 Hyundai sedan occurred on the southbound 15 Freeway north of State Route 138.
 
Furthermore, a driver of a Ford Explorer pulled over at the No. 1 lane ahead of the Hyundai to check and aid the victims before getting back to the Explorer.
 
Meanwhile, a 2016 Kia sedan traveling at an unknown rate of speed collided with the totaled Hyundai. The force of the crash pushed the Hyundai to crash to the Ford in front of it.
 
Moreover, responders transported a 4-year-old passenger of the Explorer with serious injuries to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center where she was later pronounced dead.
 
Reports revealed that alcohol or drugs may have not played a role in the crash.
