Gilbert Rodriguez Dies After H Injured in Bakersfield Crash on H Street

 
BAKERSFIELD, CA (July 15, 2020) – On Tuesday night, a man identified as Gilbert Rodriguez II sustained injuries after a motorcycle accident on South H Street.
 
According to reports, the car and motorcycle crash occurred on South H Street and Hendricks Lane.
 
When the Bakersfield Police Department arrived, they found the motorcycle rider further down the road with major injuries. Thus, responders administered CPR.
 
Afterward, responders took the motorcyclist, Gilbert Rodriguez, to Kern Medical, where he later died.
 
Meanwhile, the male driver of the car stayed at the scene and helped with the investigation.
 
Furthermore, the police do not believe that alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash.
