SAN JOSE, CA (February 17, 2021) – Saturday night, Gavin Vess died in a tractor crash on Quimby Road and Deedham Drive.
 
The CHP officers responded to the scene at around 5:45 p.m. after receiving a report of a small tractor accident. Moreover, it happened on Quimby Road and Deedham Drive in the city’s east foothills.
 
CHP Officer Ross Lee revealed that a man drove a tractor on his property. Then, he lost control of an embankment and overturned. As a result, 50-year-old San Jose resident Gavin Vess succumbed to his injuries.
 
The authorities continue to investigate the crash.
