GALT, CA – One Killed in Car Crash at Pellandini Road and Robson Road

Car Hits Tree at Pellandini and Robson Roads Killing the Driver

 
GALT, CA (May 10, 2019) – One person was killed following a car accident Friday evening in Galt, according to the California Highway Patrol.
 
The fatal crash happened just before 8:00 p.m. at the intersection of Pellandini Road and Robson Road.
 
CHP officials responded to the scene and located a black Acura sedan that had crashed into a tree. The driver who was the sole occupant of the car had to be extracted from the vehicle and CPR was performed.
 
Sadly, the victim did not survive and was pronounced dead by a coroner.
 
The name, age and town of residence of the deceased were not immediately available. Further investigation is underway.
