Gabriel Rios Dies in Rollover Accident on 15 Freeway Near Oak Hill Road

 
HESPERIA, CA (March 4, 2019) – A single-vehicle rollover crash on the 15 Freeway near Oak Hill Road Friday morning resulted in the death of a 57-year-old man.
 
The incident began around 10:14 a.m. on the northbound 15 Freeway. San Bernardino County firefighters located an overturned red Ford Explorer at the scene soon after. Officials say two occupants were found inside the overturned vehicle.
 
Paramedics transported the driver, Gabriel Garcia Rios, to Desert Valley hospital due to the extent of his injuries. There, he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead around 11:20 a.m.
 
Furthermore, the California Highway Patrol is investigating the ultimate cause of this crash.
