No Injuries Reported in Chelan County Semi Crash on Blewett Pass

 
CHELAN COUNTY, WA (November 15, 2020) – Thursday afternoon, a semi accident on Blewett Pass caused fuel to leak.
 
The crash involving three semis happened just after 2:00 p.m. near the summit of Blewett Pass.
 
According to reports, two of the semi were towed and a diesel fuel spill took place.
 
Trooper John Bryant of the Washington State Patrol said that the three semis traveled south. At this time, it’s unclear whether one of them made an attempted pass before the three crashed into each other.
 
Bryant added that the crash caused more than 50 gallons of fuel to leak from one of the semis. However, the fire district responders managed to stop it from going into a creek.
 
According to Bryant, the spill caused some damage to private property.
