Francisco J. Tinajero Killed in Hopland Car Crash

 
Hopland, California (June 17, 2020) – On Monday, Francisco J. Tinajero died in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 175 near Harrison Street.
 
The accident happened at about 11:35 a.m. on June 15, which left two other victims seriously injured.
 
A 1999 Ford F-250 pickup, driven by Justin Jimenez, was traveling eastbound on Highway 175 when it swerved onto the right shoulder.
 
The Ford then crossed over into the westbound lane, where it collided into the driver’s side of an oncoming 2002 Honda Civic, which was driven by Francisco J. Tinajero, of Ukiah.
 
Then, the pickup truck reportedly rolled over and landed on its wheels.
 
However, Francisco J. Tinajero was pronounced dead at the scene, while his passenger Ruben Tinajero, sustained major injuries.
 
Rescuers airlifted Ruben Tinajero and Justin Jimenez to Santa Rosa for proper treatment.
 
No further details about the accident were immediately available, as the police are still investigating the crash.
