Early Morning Rollover Crash in Foresthill Turns Deadly

 
FORESTHILL, CA (March 26, 2019) – At least one person was killed following a rollover crash Tuesday afternoon in Foresthill, CHP officials said.
 
The fatal crash happened around 3:14 a.m. at the intersection of Foresthill Road and Happy Pines Drive.
 
According to an initial report, a maroon Toyota sedan was traveling westbound when it overturned on the right shoulder and landed on its side.
 
Fire crews responded to the scene and confirmed at least one fatality as a result of the accident. The identity of the victim has not yet been released pending family notification.
 
The roadway was blocked while the investigation was being conducted.
