55-Year-Old Woman Fatally Injured in Accident near East White Lane
BAKERSFIELD, CA (May 13, 2018) – On Sunday night, a fatal collision took place on Cottonwood Road. The deceased victim was identified as 55-year-old Flor Bertha Ultreras-Silba.
According to reports, the accident took place on Cottonwood near East White Lane. Ultreras-Silba was sitting passenger in a car that crashed with an oncoming SUV. She was pronounced dead at the scene, and both drivers sustained minor to moderate injuries in the collision.
Bakersfield Police officers arrived at the scene, and stated that they could smell alcohol on the breath of the SUV driver. The names of the other parties involved in the incident have not yet been released to the public. No arrests have been made.
