LOS ANGELES, CA (September 23, 2019) – Five people sustained injuries after a car crashed into a restaurant on Sunday, September 22.
 
Los Angeles Fire Department spokesperson Margaret Stewart said that the incident happened at around 5:00 p.m. on 806 S. Alvarado Street. The car crashed into a strip-mall restaurant in Westlake, according to authorities.
 
Paramedics rushed five people to a hospital, three of them are in critical condition.
 
No other information was available on the circumstances of the incident.
