1 Dead in Puyallup Pedestrian Accident

PUYALLUP, WA (December 13, 2018) – A female pedestrian died after being hit by a car in the 1500 block of Eastbound River Road on December 11.

The Puyallup Police are conducting an investigation regarding the deadly vehicle versus pedestrian crash.

According to Puyallup Police, the crash occurred at 8:30 p.m. There were no further details provided about the female pedestrian.

Meanwhile, the adult male driver of the vehicle stayed and contacted 911.

According to authorities, the driving conditions during the incident were dark and wet. It was also reported that the pedestrian was strolling in the road.

As a result of the crash, alternate routes were designated while authorities investigate.
