Police Seek the Hit-And-Run Driver after Crash on Encanto at Molino in Irvine

Irvine, CA (August 19, 2021) – Thursday evening, a pedestrian sustained severe injuries in a hit and run crash on Encanto at Molino.

The hit and run in Irvine happened at around  5:30 p.m. on August 12.

The Irvine Police Department is seeking the public’s help to identify a driver.

Reportedly, the victim was crossing an intersection on Encanto at Molino in Irvine when a vehicle struck her and fled the scene.

The woman sustained a broken arm, dislocated shoulder, and head injuries.

Investigators released the surveillance photos of the vehicle, which is believed to be a black Jaguar XJ with tinted windows and aftermarket chrome rims. It may have damage to the front bumper or hood as a result of the collision.
