Deadly Grand Prairie Auto Accident on East Interstate Highway 30

 
GRAND PRAIRIE, TX (January 24, 2023) – Monday, a traffic crash on East Interstate Highway 30 led to a fatality.
 
The incident happened at around 1:00 a.m. in the 400 block of East Interstate Highway 30.
 
According to reports, a westbound Toyota SUV veered off the roadway. Then, it struck an Interstate Highway sign in the median, between the main lanes and the westbound frontage road.
 
Officers confirmed that the driver solely occupied the vehicle. When the authorities arrived, they declared the driver dead at the scene.
 
Moreover, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) came to the crash scene and shut down the highway as crews worked at the scene.
 
At this time, the Dallas County Medical Examiner hasn’t disclosed the identity of the deceased due to pending family notification.
 
The circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
