Police Searches for Suspect in Santa Ana Fatal Crash

Santa Ana, CA (April 10, 2022) On Saturday morning, a motorist died in a hit-and-run collision at the Main Street intersection.

Santa Ana Police (SAPD) says that the fatal collision happened around 2 a.m. at 14th Street involving a northbound 2021 Dodge Charger that struck a 2005 Chevrolet Colorado.

Immediately, the officers responded to the scene and found an overturned Chevrolet.

Then, the paramedics pronounced the unidentified driver dead at the scene.

According to the witnesses, the Dodge driver entered a red SUV-type vehicle and fled with a passenger.

Furthermore, police describe the suspect as a 30 to 35 years old male and around 200 pounds.
