Man Killed in Fresno Car Accident
FRESNO, CA (April 1, 2020) – Monday afternoon, one unidentified man was killed in a two-vehicle accident on South Avenue.
CHP received reports around 3:30 p.m., on March 30. Dispatchers arrived to the area near Highway 41, shortly after.
According to police reports, a male driver of a Honda was traveling on South Avenue. As he crossed the intersection, he crashed with a Ford truck for unknown reasons.
The impact left the Honda driver with major injuries. Medical responders then transported him to Community Regional Medical Center, where he later died. His identity remains undisclosed at this time.
Meanwhile, the truck driver’s condition and identity remain undisclosed.
Authorities later confirmed that both drivers wore seat belts during the collision. At this time, there are no further details provided.
