Fatal Traffic Accident on Roanoke Road Kills Female Pedestrian [El Cajon, CA]

El Cajon, CA (October 18, 2023) On Monday morning, a 28-year-old woman died after a tragic traffic accident on Roanoke Road.

According to the El Cajon Police Department, the deadly auto-pedestrian crash happened around 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of East Main Street and Roanoke Road.

Reports say that a 2016 Kia Soul fatally struck the woman at the intersection.

Officials say that the female victim was found unconscious by a patrol officer and performed CPR on her before medics arrived. AN ambulance transported the woman to a hospital, where she was ultimately pronounced dead at the hospital.
