BAKER BEACH, CA (June 22, 2023) – Wednesday morning, a fatal single-vehicle crash on Scenic Drive near Kidder Road killed one person.

The incident happened at around 10:30 a.m. on Scenic Drive near Kidder Road.

According to reports, an unidentified vehicle crashed down an embankment for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders pronounced one person dead at the scene. Then, paramedics airlifted one patient to an area hospital with unknown injuries.

Furthermore, officers confirmed that the deceased was airlifted to the Humboldt County Coroner.
