1 Killed in Los Angeles Auto Accident on 134 Freeway and 5 Freeway

LOS ANGELES, CA (September 30, 2024) – Sunday morning, a fatal single-vehicle crash on 134 Freeway and 5 Freeway killed one person.

The incident happened at around 12:50 a.m. at a freeway connector from the eastbound Ventura (134) Freeway to the southbound Golden State (5) Freeway.

According to the LAPD, the incident involved a white sedan that crashed and rolled onto its roof for still unknown reasons. Then, the force of the crash ejected one occupant of the vehicle into the roadway.

Moreover, authorities confirmed that one person died in the crash. Then, the Los Angeles Fire Department transported one person with life-threatening injuries and two people in critical condition, to a hospital for treatment.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the LAPD continued to investigate the crash.
