WEST COVINA, CA (September 30, 2019) – A person died in a multi-vehicle crash involving three big rigs on 10 Freeway on September 26.
 
The incident shut down the eastbound lane of the 10 Freeway. The incident happened at around 3:00 a.m. near Citrus Street. As of this time, additional information for possible injuries remains unknown.
 
Meanwhile, authorities haven’t released the identity of the deceased as of the moment.
 
The CHP also confirmed that the three right lanes will stay closed for an “unknown duration” due to the collision.
 
Authorities diverted the eastbound traffic at Azusa Avenue and they are asking motorists to avoid the area.
