Man Dead in Snohomish Motorcycle Accident on Newberg Road
SNOHOMISH, WA (July 8, 2019) – A man in his 30s died in a fatal motorcycle accident on Newberg Road on July 5.
The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. in the 2900 block of Newberg Road. Snohomish County Sheriff’s deputies suspect that the truck driver was passing another vehicle when he struck the motorcycle head-on.
Authorities arrested the 44-year-old truck driver after being positive for alcohol. He was booked into the county jail for vehicular homicide.
The identity of the deceased remains unreleased as of this time.
