1 Dead, 2 Injured in 3-Car Accident in Shoreline

 
SHORELINE, WA (December 19, 2019) — On Sunday, someone reported a fatal 5 Freeway crash near North 175th Street in the Shoreline area.
 
According to authorities, the crash occurred around 5 p.m. under the 175th Street overpass.
 
The Shoreline Fire Department reported that one person died at the scene. Authorities described him as a man in his 50s or 60s.
 
A woman also in the same age range, described as a passenger in the fatal victim’s car, suffered unknown injuries and was brought to Harborview Medical Center in critical condition. Another patient suffered non-life-threatening injuries and also received treatment at a nearby hospital.
 
Reports did not indicate what drove the accident or where the fault lies but an investigation concerning these details continues.
