Car Crashes Through Fence in Fairfield Sending Elderly Woman to Hospital
FAIRFIELD, CA (March 6, 2019) – An 84-year-old woman was hospitalized following a two-car crash early Wednesday morning in Fairfield.
The crash happened a little before 4:00 a.m. at the intersection of Neitzel Road and Suisun Valley Road, just West of 80 Freeway.
According to the CHP, a blue sedan had spun out for unknown reasons forcing a white Nissan Altima to veer off the roadway and crash through a fence.
The elderly woman in the Altima was taken by paramedics to Kaiser Permanente Vacaville Medical Center for treatment of unspecified injuries.
No immediate information on the blue sedan’s driver.
The Altima was damaged from the crash and was towed away for evidence.
An investigation is still ongoing to gather all the factors involved and liability.
