ESCALON, CA – One Killed in Crash at East River Road and Sutliff Road

Morning Crash on East River Road in Escalon Ends in Fatality

ESCALON, CA (November 29, 2018) – At least one person was killed following a traffic collision Thursday morning in Escalon, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The collision happened around 5:50 a.m. at the intersection of East River Road and Sutliff Road.

Details are sparse on who was involved and what exactly transpired, but emergency crews were called to the scene and found at least one fatality as a result of the accident.

A coroner was notified to pick up the victim’s remains and conduct a full report.

No identifying information is being released at this time. The incident is still under investigation.
