Naglee Avenue Pedestrian Accident Kills Eric Thomas Burton
San Jose, CA (June 08, 2021) – On Wednesday, 51-year-old Eric Thomas Burton of San Jose died in a pedestrian accident on Naglee Avenue.
The officers received the crash report at about 9:44 p.m. near the Dana Avenue intersection.
Officers said Burton was walking through the intersection when a white 2000 Toyota Camry driver struck him.
Right away, rescuers took him to a hospital, where he died early Monday morning.
Meanwhile, the involved Camry driver stopped at the scene.
