Erica Pomeroy Sustains Injuries in Sutter County Fatal Crash
Sutter County, CA (October 13, 2022) – On Saturday morning, Eric Pomeroy lost his life while his 15-year-old daughter, Erica Pomeroy, sustained injuries in a vehicle collision in Yuba City.
Reports say Eric and Erica were headed to a swim meet in Roseville when their vehicle was struck by a tractor-trailer.
Unfortunately, Eric died at the scene, and Erica spent two nights in the hospital.
Eric Pomeroy is a Sutter County assistant superintendent for adult and career education, and a lifelong resident of the Yuba-Sutter area. The Sutter County Superintendent of Schools officials posted in a social media that Eric Pomeroy was a man of strong character and integrity.
