Eric Martin Involved in Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 82 [Union Gap, WA]

Union Gap, WA (November 18, 2021) – On Wednesday, 33-year-old Eric Martin was involved in a pedestrian accident on Interstate 82 killing a 48-year-old male.

The fatal crash happened at around 5:17 a.m. at exit 36.

Officers said Martin was driving a 2017 Kia Soul eastbound while the pedestrian was standing in the roadway.

Martin struck the unidentified man and died at the scene. 

Martin did not sustain injuries in the accident.
