Enrique Jimenez Struck and Killed by Vehicle in Perris on Interstate 215

 
Perris, CA (December 24, 2020) – On Thursday, 21-year-old Enrique Jimenez of Hemet died in a pedestrian accident on Interstate 215.
 
The deadly accident happened at about 6:20 p.m. on the northbound side, roughly a quarter-mile south of the Ramona Expressway.
 
Authorities said Jimenez died at the scene.
 
Apparently, Jimenez was in lanes when he was struck by a Dodge Ram pickup, and then again by a Honda Accord.
 
Both drivers immediately stopped and called 911.
 
Meanwhile, the CHP officers partially closed the 21 Freeway for two hours while the preliminary investigation was done.
