DUI Suspected in Two-Car Injury Crash on Highway 17
Grant County, WA (November 28, 2024) On Tuesday evening, a driver is arrested after a suspected DUI collision near Rocky Ford Creek.
According to the Washington State Patrol (WSP), the disastrous crash happened on Highway 17.
Reports say that the two-car crash involving suspected drug or alcohol use caused injuries and blocked Highway 17 near Rocky Ford Creek.
Authorities say that the collision occurred about 10 miles north of Moses Lake.
Emergency responders, including WSP and the fire department, arrived at the scene to assist. One driver was taken into custody for DUI. The roadway, which had been fully blocked without a detour, has since reopened.
