KENNEWICK, WA (January 21, 2020) – A 30-year-old man got arrested following a hit-and-run crash on 4th Avenue on January 19.
 
The deputies booked 30-year-old Eduardo Larios into Benton County Jail for the following charges: possession of a stolen vehicle, multiple counts of trespass, multiple counts of hit and run, resisting arrest, obstructing justice, and a previous warrant.
 
At about 5:00 p.m., officers came to a hit-and-run crash on W 4th Avenue and S Vancouver Street. The driver that got hit by the suspect reported to 911. The police then chase Larios and he tried to escape. However, the officers located Eduardo Larios again at W 6th Avenue and S Vancouver Street.
 
A homeowner revealed that he attempted to lock Larios inside while he contacts the police. However, Larios managed to escape.
 
When the police made contact with Larios, he tried to run by jumping over fences and running through yards. Unfortunately, a dog bit him. Another homeowner contacted the police and confirmed that Larios hid in their trash can.
 
The police then booked Larios into Benton County Jail after the evaluation of injuries.
