Tyler Michael Adams-Warf Arrested after Fatal Car Wreck near Pumphouse Road

SISKIYOU COUNTY, CA (November 4, 2018) – A man was killed early Sunday evening following a suspected DUI crash near Pumphouse Road. The victim was later identified as 26-year-old Dustyn Crowe, a resident of Yreka.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident took place at about 5:00 PM. A pickup truck was swerving along Old Highway 99 before it crossed over the center line and collided with a Ford Focus head-on.

Crowe, the driver of the Ford, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders.

The driver of the pickup, identified as 22-year-old Tyler Michael Adams-Warf of Yreka, was arrested for felony DUI and was transported to Fairchild Medical Center with minor injuries. He was later booked into the Siskiyou County Jail.

An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the fatal crash and to identify other possible contributing factors.
