6-Year-Old Duner Larson Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Sallie Jeffreys Way [Corona, CA]

Corona, CA (August 24, 2023) – On Tuesday morning, 6-year-old Duner Larson of Corona sustained fatal injuries following a pedestrian accident on Sallie Jeffreys Way.

The traffic accident took place at about 7:55 a.m. north of Golden Harvest Drive.

Investigating authorities said Duner was struck on a residential street where there is only less than a half-dozen homes.

Duner was rushed to nearby Corona Regional Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries less than an hour later.

The unidentified driver immediately stopped and waited for police.

It is not yet determined if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision.
