Dump Truck Driver Injured in South School Road Collision [Cass County, MO]

Cass County, MO (May 16, 2025) – 60-year-old dump truck driver from Shawnee, Kansas, was injured following a South School Road collision Wednesday morning.

It was past 7:15 a.m. when the collision happened south of Hubach Hill Road.

MSHP officers said a southbound pickup truck driven by a 16-year-old Raymore boy crossed the center line and struck a northbound dump truck. 

The man driving the dump truck sustained moderate injuries and was transported to Belton Regional Medical Center.

The teen driver was not hurt in the collision.
