Drivers Transported in Vehicle Crash on Highway 195 [Whitman County, WA]

Whitman County, WA (February 18, 2025) – Two drivers were transported following a vehicle crash on Highway 195 early Monday morning.

The vehicle collision happened around 7:30 a.m. approximately four miles north of Rosalia.

WSP said a car driven by a 23-year-old Spokane woman was northbound on the freeway. Officers said she was speeding when she went to pass another northbound vehicle.

The Spokane woman lost control and struck a southbound vehicle head-on. 

The driver of the southbound vehicle and the Spokane woman were rushed to a local hospital. 

Moreover, two additional vehicles were struck by the debris from the collision. Luckily, their drivers were not hurt. 

Troopers also had to extricate one of the drivers from their vehicle.
