Sumner, WA (January 25, 2022) – On Monday, a driver sustained injuries in a wrong-way crash on State Route 167.

The collision took place at 2:42 a.m. on the freeway’s southbound lanes on 24th Street East.

Immediately, the emergency team took the victim to the hospital with serious but non-fatal injuries.

Meanwhile, officers arrested the wrong-way driver for an investigation of DUI.
