42-Year-Old Driver Injured in W Florissant Avenue 2-Vehicle Crash [St. Louis, MO]

St. Louis, MO (April 26, 2025) – 42-year-old driver was injured in a W Florissant Avenue 2-vehicle crash Friday afternoon.

Troopers said the vehicle collision happened near Oriole Avenue.

A Hyundai SUV traveling west on West Florissant crossed the centerline and struck a Mercury sedan head-on.

The driver of the Mercury, a 42-year-old man, sustained critical injuries.

Moreover, seven people in the SUV sustained injuries ranging from non-life threatening to critical, five of them were juveniles.
