Driver Dies in Vehicle Collision on Highway 21 [Washington County, MO]

HWY 21 Deadly Crash Results in Injuries

Washington County, MO (September 6, 2024) – A driver was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Highway 21 Thursday morning.

The vehicle collision happened at 7:45 a.m. south at Furnace Creek Road.

Responding officers located one of the involved drivers dead and another driver, a juvenile, suffering from critically injuries. Both of them were the only occupants of their vehicle when the collision happened.

Immediately, the rescuers rushed the surviving driver to a local hospital for treatment.

The authorities are still investigating the cause of the deadly collision on Highway 21.
