According to reports, a tan Ford Explorer traveled north on Contra Costa Boulevard. Then, it failed to yield at a red light. Afterward, the Ford hit a red Toyota driving across the intersection at 10:55 p.m.
 
Then, the Ford hit a city property and then fled south on 680 Freeway.
 
The authorities are looking for additional leads on the suspect vehicle.
